Sweet Tonic

2023 Maple Season is here; a sure sign Spring is just around the corner, making this time of the year one of my favourites. Driving the country roads, I love seeing locals with roadside buckets tapped into gorgeous maple trees collecting nature’s sweet sap.

A true Canadian tradition, even big urban cities celebrate this Annual Festival. And I am happy to report, most maple syrup producers who offer extracurricular activities are back in business this year, baby!
